Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund* of the product cost or store credit (there may be fees associated with opened goods). Shipping charges are non-refundable, in the case of an order that received free shipping, the cost to ship the order will be deducted from the refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once your order has been shipped you can no longer cancel it and you must refer to our return policy below.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Holiday gift returns may be accepted after 30 days on a case-by-case basis.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain approval for the return. After receiving approval, please include a paper containing your order number, and email address inside the package. Mail your return to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. A prepaid label can be provided if wanted, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If the packaging is opened there is a return fee of $5 for store credit or $6 for credit card refund per item, unless otherwise discussed, and shipping cost is non refundable. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


All Super Sniffer branded products come with a 120-day limited warranty. All other products do not come with a warranty. The warranty covers product issues at the fault of the manufacturer. Product issues caused by fault of the customer are not covered by the warranty. Issues caused by the customer include but are not limited to: not following provided directions, warnings & usage instructions, misuse, and damage due to dropping or other impacts. For warranty claims please contact and provide your order number and photos or video of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, all products must be returned to Super Sniffer for warranty claim inspection and approval. Approval of warranty claims is at the sole discretion of Super Sniffer, after inspection of the faulty product to determine who is at fault for the product issue. Upon approval of a warranty claim, the customer will be provided with a replacement product. Warranty claims are not eligible for a refund.
